Design Notes
[http://2010.igem.org/Team:Slovenia Team Slovenia 2010] deposited a modified variant of HivC intended for easier isolation, purification and other experiments. We added HIS tag to C-terminal side of HivC sequence and C-terminal split CFP on N-terminal part of HivC after an extension linker. We deposited modified variant of HivC as cCFP_link_HivC BBa_K323071 and additionally characterized it with several methods.
